The A06 Stereo Integrated
Amplifier is one of Xindak's entry-level products that carry
Xindak's tradition of high quality
in design, construction, and sound. It has full-function remote
control system, along with very simple yet elegant front panel
design. It allows five line-level analog inputs via RCA-type
connectors. The AUX input takes either RCA or USB, the latter is
a very convenient way to tap in the music bank in your computer. Detachable IEC power socket, and one set of speaker
biding posts.
Under the cover you will find a
high quality toroidal transformer that supplies clean power to
the amplifier. Input selection is carried out by electronic
relay instead of conventional mechanical switches. The voltage
amplification stage adopts selective AD712 transistors. The
first stage of power amplification has high quality Toshiba
2SK170 FETs in differential mode. The HITACHI 2SD667/2SB647
Germanium transistors are used for voltage amplification. The
output stage on each channel adopts 2 pairs of Sanken high
current 2SC4468/2SA1695 Germanium transistors. The amplifier has
robust self-protection functions: power on delay protection,
current protection and power off protection, which ensures safe
operation all the time. The superb protection circuitry design
allows elimination of failure-prone relay in speaker output.
Again, even on this entry-level amplifier, do expect surprises
that are beyond all expectations.
