This tube-type MT-1 Stereo
Integrated Amplifier is the latest addition to Xindak's family
of tube amplifiers. With 12.5W per channel in to 8W
load, it is actually the smallest member in that family. The
open-chassis design is very simple and clean. Front panel
features a power button, input selector, and volume control. Two
designs of center piece on the front are available: varnished
real wood and brushed aluminum.
The amplifier is based on two
pieces of 6F2 for pre-amplification and four pieces of P14
(EL84/6BQ5 equivalent) in
the power stage. Low rated power it has, you will have to be
amazed by the wonderful sound it can produce. The output
transformers enjoy the same high quality from Xindak's
tradition. It may be hard to expect much from such small
package, but be prepared to see and hear surprises beyond all
expectations.
