Demo/open-boxed electronics available: We have a number of demo/open-boxed electronics available at very decent discount. The following are what we still have:

  • 4N solid silver fuse in 2A and 6A. These are 5 mm-diam. X 20-mm-length. Very low cost upgrades to your system.
  • MT-1 (08 edition), probably one of the very best EL84 amps around. Driver stage use 12AX7 and 12AU7. About 30 Pounds net.
  • DAC-5 D/A converter with both tube and solid state outputs. Very detailed yet musical presentation.
  • DAC-8 D/A converter, an beef-up version of DAC-5. Volume control on remote is a big plus.
  • XA8800MNE pair solid-state mono power amps, 200W/8Ohm, 30W-Class A. From top to the bottom, they do everything right.
  • XA8250 solid-state preamp that goes with XA8800MNE.
  • Gold FA-Gold RCA interconnect, FP-Gold power cord, CFA-1 carbon fiber RCA interconnect
  • etc.

Most of these units come with original document and package. Please send us your inquiry.

LP1.0 Phono Preamplifier - Its basic design is based on the classic Matisse circuitry, with 4 tubes total. It is consisted of two-stage common-cathode amplifier and cathode follower, with RIAA circuit in series. In addition, it incorporates Xindak's patent of Capacitor Bias Technology that avoids capacitor's dynamic invalidation. This preamp is designed for MM cartridge.

DAC-8 D/A Converter - Xindak DAC-8 is based on the hugely successful DAC-5. In addition to the tube-based buffer stage, it adopts Xindak patent technology “Bias Technology for Avoiding the Dynamic Invalidation of Capacitor”, which can reduce distortion on high frequency and improve the music performance. DAC-8 upsampling to 24Bit/192KHz. The D/A conversion is done by AD1852 24Bit/192KHz chip. The analog filter circuit adopts low-noise non-inductive resistors and Burr Brown OPA2064 high performance operational amplifier. Dual torroidal transformers and six groups of independence voltage-regulated power supplier provides the foundation to insure all of the circuit work in the optimum state and effectively solve the time domain error associated with of jittering. Main features include:

Switchable settings of 24Bit/96KHz and 24Bit/192KHz

Dual RCA outputs: tube (6922/ECC88) and transistor

XLR Output (solid-state)

Digital inputs: coaxial and optical
Remote control with volume control

Style to match XA6950, Muse Deluxe 1.0, CA-1, and PA-1

CA-1 Stereo Preamplifier - CA-1 is a dual-mono design. Similar to the new offerings from Xindak, it also incorporates Xindak patent technology “Bias
Technology for Avoiding the Dynamic Invalidation of Capacitor”. Main features include:

Maximum output level: 11V (RMS)
Input Sensitivity: 280mV (2V output)
THD: ≤0.02%
SNR: 97dB
Frequency Response: 10Hz~100KHz (-1dB

PA-1 Mono Power Amplifier - Rated output power at 230W, PA-1 is Xindak's most powerful power amplifier. PA-1 adopts current negative feedback amplifying circuit. The output stage is triple Darlington circuitry design using four pairs of high-current SANKEN transistors, whose peak current is 68A each. Each mono block is powered by two pieces of 300W torroidal transformers which are filtered by 80000uF/80V (total) capacitors. The rectifier adopts four pieces of 35A square bridge in shunt-wound to decrease the internal impendence and increase the surge power under high dynamic. These are only some of the design and engineering going into this stunning amplifier. It takes XLR and RCA inputs.
