The
products purchased from Lotus Audio Import or our authorized
dealers carry
a limited
manufacturer's parts and labor warranty of one (1) years for
all electronic products and three (3) years for all cables.
These products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer's
defects for a period from the date of purchase.
Warranties apply to the original owner only and are
nontransferable. For non-working product, Lotus Audio Import
will make the necessary repairs and will cover all shipping
charges to and from the original shipment destination for up
to 60 days after the date of purchase. After 60 days the
product must be returned to
Lotus Audio Import or our authorized dealers
for repair only and return shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer.Lotus
Audio Import and its authorized dealers are not obligated to
provide warranty or related services to customers who purchase
products from non-authorized dealers, nor from authorized dealers
outside of the USA. |
